| I've always been prone to insomnia, so melatonin has been a real god-send for me. One of these tablets about half an hour before bedtime gives me a good night's sleep, with no morning hangover. |
Synthetic is what this is, and what you want

| The 'natural' version is prone to contain a virus. These are synthetic. The tablets work quickly in terms of getting me to sleep, and are small/easy to swallow. I'd buy again. |

I have had insomnia all my life. This natural melatonin was the first thing recommended by my doctor. When I started using melatonin, I used a very low dose. This turned out to have little to no effect, so I went up until I got to the 5mg.
I wanted an extra supply since I was going away for a while, but what the description did not say was that the product was 2 bottles of 120 tablets each, not 1 bottle of 240. I was a bit surprised and annoyed when I got this and it was 2 bottles, though I simply poured one into the other. There wasn't any left over, so it could have easily been achieved by the company, before it was sent out.
Now, I have a wonderful sleep, and have recommended this to many people |
