@kbellqueen I find it quite sexy also. Sorry
my navel sticks out a lil more too since i had my 2nd baby,i thought it was just me. well anyways i been tryna workout off the lil belly pooch i have in da middle of my stomach, overall im pretty slim but that lil flab is still there and its been a year
i had a c-section three years ago and my stomach is still so big. it hurt so bad when i do work out my belly area. it feels like something in me is going to pop. only on the left side of my belly hurts really bad. even more when my monthly goes off.
Hi Lauren,
I had baby 2 mnths ago via c section. How long should i be holding the toe planks before it gets to easy? Are there any videos of yours to help thighs? I am finding it hard to exercise now. Please respond. -Thanks
is this all you have to do or is there more to add
The way to keep your back straight and not curved during the plank is to squeeze your buttocks.
Thanks for the reply. No need for the 8-( Your navel is very sexy and in great shape as it is now. Congtats for the baby, by the way.
I was carrying a very big baby for my size which changed the shape of my belly button. 8-( It use to be an inny. Now it is half and half.
Lauren, you are a very fit gorgeous looking woman. Your abs are superb and you have a very sexy outie belly button which I love. Great work.
Congratulations! Good luck and be patient with it.
thanks lauren..im post preggo and ready to start work on my abs…this is great.
you have a very nice physique..
no it is for everyone. But I really encourage those who went through a pregnancy to work on these exercises.
is this workout only for pregnancy ???
Nice one. Your abs really are detailed in this vid. I hurt my lower back holding a plank position while resting on my elbows and pulsing my pelvis up and down. I think I saw this variation somewhere in a fitness mag and it seemed to work fine for awhile but one day
ZAP! and I was done!
