  • The Belly Bandit is an abdominal compression wrap designed to assist you in bringing your body back to its former beauty and proportion after child birth. Hand wash. Minimizes swelling. Adds abdominal support and comfort after C-Section. Helps minimize stretch marks.
  • If you are purchasing a Belly Bandit early on in your pregnancy best rule of thumb is to go up 1 to 2 band sizes from your pre-pregnancy size.
  • In the eighth month many women will be the same size as they will be post delivery. Simply measure the circumference of your waist starting at your belly button. Choose the corresponding band for your size.
  • Just prior to delivery simply subtract 3 to 5 inches from your waist measurement. Select the corresponding band for that size.
  • If you purchase your Belly Bandit after you give birth, simply choose the corresponding band for your waist size.

After my granddaughter's baby shower, I asked her what one gift she really wanted that she did not receive. She replied a "Belly Bandit" and that it was available on Amazon. I found the listing and then asked her what size and color and ordered it. I came within 3 days and she is very happy with it. Oh, Baby Andrew was 8 lbs., 13 oz. and 20" long!!!

A good belly band

I got this band in hopes of shrinking my tummy after my third child. The sizing seems a bit difficult to me. I was a size 12 pants prior to pregnancy, gained 24 lbs and had lost all 24 in the first week. I bought a size Medium and it fits perfectly. It does work to help shrink your belly, but I had problems with it folding over and scrunching up in the middle. It does not wear well under clothes as you can see where the band over laps and velcros. I only wore it a few hours a day and was back into my prepregnancy pants 2 weeks after delivery, faster than with my other pregnancies.

The Belly Bandit has really helped me bounce back after giving birth to my baby boy 3 weeks ago. I gained a lot of weight and it all seemed to be in the belly, but after using the Bandit 24 hours a day for the first 2 weeks my belly is almost back to being exactly the size it was pre-pregnancy! I also felt better with the support it gave me - it not only gave me back support, but it also helped my stomach muscles feel stronger. My only complaint is that it folds in the middle and also that I've already outgrown the size that I bought. That sounds like a stupid complaint, but, at $40 a piece I don't want to buy the next size down - they should've allowed more room for the velcro so it can shrink with your body. But, I still recommend it - it has helped a lot with my body image - and that was worth every bit of the price!
